Easy Hollandaise Sauce

Straight from Betty Crocker, and made in a blender.  But super yummy, especially on eggs benedict.

3 egg yolks
1 T lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1/2 c butter, melted

Mix egg yolks, lemon juice and salt in a blender.  Then, while blending, slowly pour in butter.  Makes about 2/3 c of sauce.
