Teriyaki Salmon

1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c soy sauce
1 t ginger
1/2 t garlic salt
4 T honey
4 salmon fillets (1 lb)

Combine all other ingredients except for the salmon.  Place salmon into a baking dish and pour sauce over.  Let sit for 1 hour to overnight.  Bake at 400 for about 20 mins, until fish is flaky.  Serve over white rice with srirachi mayo drizzled over it.
