Pizza Dough/Pizza

I'm usually wary about this, but this one turned out great!  Easy, quick and good.

1 1/2 c warm water
2 T yeast
3 T sugar
4 c flour (ish)
1 t salt

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a mixer.  Let stand 5 minutes, until frothy and bubbly.  (If it doesn't do this, try again because you killed the yeast).  Gradually add in salt and flour while mixing.  Add enough flour until dough pulls away from the sides and makes a ball around the hook.  Remove from bowl and dump onto a floured area.  Knead slightly for 3-5 mins.  Let rise in a bowl about 1 hour.  Divide into 3.  Roll out to pizza size (leave it at least 1/3-1/2 inch thick.  Place on greased sheets.  Let rise 15-30 minutes.  Add toppings as desired.

Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until done.
