Bread Sticks or CinnaSticks

3/4 c warm water
1 T yeast
1.5 T sugar
2 c flour (ish)
1/2 t salt

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a mixer.  Let stand 5 minutes, until frothy and bubbly.  (If it doesn't do this, try again because you killed the yeast).  Gradually add in salt and flour while mixing.  Add enough flour until dough pulls away from the sides and makes a ball around the hook.  Remove from bowl and dump onto a floured area.  Knead slightly for 3-5 mins.  Let rise in a bowl about 1 hour.  Roll out to pizza size (leave it at least 1/3-1/2 inch thick).  Cut in half and then into strips.  Place on greased sheets.  Let rise 15-30 minutes.

Brush on oil mixed with dry Italian Seasoning mix for bread sticks.

Brush on melted butter then sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture for cinnasticks.
