Ranch Chicken Salad

Ranch Chicken

Got this one from a good friend. Quick and easy. I don't use the butter.

2/3 c corn flakes or 1 c rice chex, crushed

2/3 c parmesan cheese

2/3 c butter, melted (optional)

1 pkg dry ranch dressing

4-6 chicken breasts or 8-10 chicken tenderloins

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Mix ranch, cheese and corn flakes. Dip thawed chicken in butter, then in ranch mixture. Put into greased pan. Pour extra mixture on top of the chicken. Bake for 15 minutes at 350’. Broil for 1-3 minutes. Serve on salad with dressing.
