Quick and easy! Makes 2 pies
2 graham cracker crust
2 can (24 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c sour cream
3/4 c key lime juice
2 egg yolks
Zest 1 lime
Whipped cream to top
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except crust and cream in a mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into crusts and bake for 15-20 minutes. Filling should only slightly jiggle. Do not allow to brown. Cool then chill for at least 3 hours. Top with whipped cream.
