Chimichurri Sauce (no cilantro)

1/2-3/4 c fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped fine)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
1 t red pepper flakes
1/4 t kosher salt
Zest half lemon
Juice half lemon

Mix ingredients together. Using an immersion blender, blend well. Let sit for at least 15 minotes. Serve over steak, or on the side.
