White Chocolate Fudge

New variation on a classic.  This one is always a hit.
3 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2/3 c evaporated milk
12 oz white chocolate chips (1 bag)
1 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 t vanilla
3/4 c dried cranberries (1/2-1 cup, per preference)
1/2 c chopped almonds (1/2-1 cup, per preference)
Grease or parchment paper line a 9x13 pan.  Combine sugar, butter and milk in a large pot.  Bring to a soft ball, 234', stirring constantly.  Remove from heat.  Add chocolate slowly and stir until melted.  Add creme and vanilla.  Stir until blended.  Add cranberries and nuts, and mix.  Pour into 9x13 pan.  Let cool.  Once completely cooled you can cut it.
