Awesome, especially for gingerbread houses!
3 egg whites
4 c powdered sugar
1/2 t cream of tartar
Put all ingredients into mixer and beat for several minutes, scraping down the sides, until thick and white. Use immediately, as it will start to dry immediately and takes roughly 15 mins to set hard.
