Pumpkin Banana Bread

Got this idea online and tweaked a recipe.  It smells wonderful right now.  I think adding some walnuts would be heavenly, but my family doesn't like nuts so I didn't put them in.

4 bananas
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
1 1/2 c sugar
4 T oil
4 eggs
4 t vanilla
3 1/2 c flour
2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t ginger
1/2 t allspice
handful or two of chopped walnuts, raisins, chocolate chips, etc (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a potato masher and then stir in pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.

Add the flour, baking soda and salt and spices and stir until almost combined; add any additions and stir just until blended. Spread into 2 greased cupcake pans and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden and cracked on top and springy to the touch.
