So delicious! Love these and so much faster than regular jello!
1 (3 oz) package jello - any flavor
1 1/2 c mini marshmallows
1/2 c water
Lightly spray a 9x9 pan. In a bowl, dump the jello and add the water. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir well until jello is completely dissolved. Dump mini marshmallows on top, don't stir, and return to the microwave. Microwave for 20-50 seconds, as needed, until they just start to puff. Remove and stir vigorously until the marshmallows dissolve. Then pour them into the pan and refrigerate. After about 45 minutes, roll into a jello-roll. You can slice and serve or leave it in the fridge until ready to eat and slice it later.
