Berry Chocolate "Mousse"

Tried this and it was fabulous.  Rich and creamy and not too bad for you (well, for a dessert!

2 oz chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
2 T unwhipped whipping cream
1 c  + 2 T whipping cream
1/2 c splenda
1 t vanilla
1 c chopped berries (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, etc)
extra cream for garnish (optional)
extra berries for garnish (optional)
small chocolate bar (optional)

In a bowl, mix chocolate chips with unwhipped cream.  Slowly microwave and stir until chocolate is melted and combined.  Set aside to cool.  In a mixer, combine remaining cream, splenda and vanilla.  Beat until stiff peaks form.  Take 1/2 c of whipped cream and mix into chocolate mixture until thoroughly combined.  Softly fold remaining cream into chocolate until no white streaks remain.  Fold chopped berries into the mixture.  Fill 6 serving containers (they aren't big servings, but filling).  Top with more regular cream and whole berries and curls of chocolate if you want to make it pretty.
