Lemon Thyme Rice Pilaf

Lemon-Thyme Rice Pilaf

1 T butter

1 c rice

1 c chicken broth

1 T lemon juice

1 T thyme

Melt butter in saucepan and add rice. Cook 3-5 minutes as desired. Add broth, juice and thyme. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 20 minutes.
