Chicken Enchiladas

Got this one from my sis-in-law.

5 tortillas

1 small can green chiles

½ can cream of chicken

4 oz sour cream

5-6 chicken tenderloins or 2 chicken breasts

1 cup shredded cheese

Boil and shred the chicken. Combine sour cream, cream of chicken and chiles. Put a small layer of sauce mixture in a 9x9 pan. Fill each tortilla with some chicken, sauce and cheese. Toll and place in the pan. Spread remaining sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle some more cheese on top. Cook at 350; for 15-20 minutes. (For a spicier taste, serve with salsa verde).
