Sticky Fingers

4 chicken breasts or 8-10 tenderloins, cut into thin strips
2/3 c bread crumbs
1 t garlic salt
1 t oregano

Mix bread crumbs, garlic and oregano in a bowl. Coat each chicken strip with breading mixture and place on a greased cooking sheet. Bake at 350’ for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

¼ c brown sugar
1/3 c Worcestershire sauce
¼ c ketchup
1 T honey
2 t hot sauce (or to taste)
2 t vinegar

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan over low heat. Warm sauce, stirring occasionally (while chicken is cooking). Add baked chicken to sauce and remove with a slotted spoon. Place chicken back on oven tray that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350’ for 5-7 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce on the side.
