Scalloped Potatoes

Scalloped Potatoes

I made this one up.

4 medium potatos
1 T sour cream
¼ - 1/3 lb grated cheddar cheese (or to taste)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T dried onion flakes
dash pepper

Peel and boil potatoes until softened, but not as if you were going to mash them. Let cool for 5-10 mins outside of dish. Mix sour cream, most of the cheese, soup, and onion in a bowl. Spread some on the bottom of 9x9 pan. Slice potatoes. Alternate layers of potatoes and sauce mix in the pan until it’s all in there, ending with sauce on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. (You can refrigerate it at this point if making it beforehand). Bake at 350’ for 15-20 mins. Add 5-10 mins if its been in the fridge.
