Molasses Pecan Pie

Soo yummy

1 pie crust

3 c pecan (halves and pieces)
3 eggs
1/3 c brown sugar
2 T molasses
4 T butter (soft, almost melted)
1/2 t salt
2 t vanilla

Roll pie crust into pie Pan.

Mix together all ingredients except pecans.  Whisk well.  Stir in pecans.  Pour into pie shell.

Bake 425 for 15 mins, then turn down and bake at 350 for 45 mins.  (Cover or tent to protect crust if desired).
