Falaffel

2 cans chick peas
1 red onion, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic
2 t harassment paste (optional)
1 t salt
1 t cumin
1/2 t pepper
1/2 c flour
1/2 c parsley, fresh

1 c flour
1/2 c milk

1 c panko

Mix first 10 ingredients in a food processor.  Form balls.  Refrigerate for 20 mins.  Roll in batter, then panko.  Deep fry.
