Breakfast Casserole

20 oz frozen hashbrowns
1/4 c butter, melted
Salt and pepper

6 eggs
1 c cheddar
1 cup jack or mazarella
1 c breakfast meat, chopped
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/8 t paprika
1/8 t onion powder

Spray a 9x13 pan.  Add hashbrowns, butter, and Salt and pepper, stirring to combine.  Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until starting to brown.  May broil at the end of desired.

Mix remaining ingredients well.  Pour over hasbrowns and bake at 350 for an additional 25 minutes. 

Serve hot, sliced.
