Oven Beef Kebobs

3-5 lbs beef, cubed
1/4 onion
1 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
8 oz mushrooms
(Vegetable amounts and kinds to taste)

Marinade:
1/2 c oil
Dash garlic powder (or minced garlic)
4 T worcestershire sauce
4 T soy sauce
1 T vinegar (white or balsamic)
2-3 T Dijon mustard
1-2 t Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper

Mix Marinade ingredients together. Add beef. Cover and Marinade 1-4 hours.  

Cut up vegetables to bite sized pieces. Place in a greased and lined broiling pan. Pour beef (and marinade) over top. Spread evenly.

Bare at 400 for 15-20 minutes, them broil to get it roasty/toasty.

Serve with loades mashed potatoes and fruit.
