French Toast

I know, it's not that complicated of a recipe, but it's good, so I'm writing it down.

1 large egg
1/2 c milk
1 t vanilla
1/4 t nutmeg
6 slices of bread (the more stale, the better)

Mix all ingredients in a pie pan, making sure the egg gets very separated.  Oil a skillet or pan and get hot.  Quickly dip bread on both sides into the egg mixture, then place on the skillet.  Cook evenly on both sides, letting edges get crispy.  Enjoy!
